The YMCA of Rock River Valley, Annie’s Locker, MELD and Rockford Rescue Mission have formed this partnership to reward your hard work. By filling out the application in this brochure, you are eligible for a free 3 month membership to the YMCA. In order to apply for a 3 month membership to the YMCA you must complete the following questions and be a resident in the MELDS Program or a recent Rockford Rescue Mission graduate.
